The
American architect Louis Sullivan was the sole designer of this historic
building and he is the only American that is known to have designed the
buildings in Palm Springs. It was actually built for the first Presidency of
Theodore Roosevelt, after the World War I. There is a lot of history and
tradition behind this stunning building and it was named after him.
